How do I find the ingredient listing of each of the products?
Each product page has a link to the corresponding ingredient list for that product. The link can be found under the description of the product and says "View Ingredients."
Can I purchase treatment vouchers on-line?
No, treatment vouchers are required to be purchased either at our Jurlique Concept stores or by calling our Customer Care department on 1800 805 286.
Can I purchase a gift voucher on-line and where can it be spent?
Yes, vouchers/gift certificates can be purchased on-line. The gift certificates are for on-line product purchases only.
Can I pay for products purchased on-line with a non-electronic voucher/gift certificate?
No. These vouchers can be redeemed by calling our Customer Care department on 1800 805 286 and placing a mail order or by visiting one of our Jurlique Concept Stores.
What are the terms & conditions for gift cards purchased in the retail stores?
CARDS MUST BE TREATED AS CASH. THEY CANNOT BE REPLACED IF LOST OR STOLEN. Gift Cards, once activated, may be used to purchase Jurlique products and/or services at any Jurlique Concept Store within Australia only. Cards cannot be exchanged for cash. The funds available on the card will be verified on request or at the time of purchase at any Jurlique Concept Store. No change will be given and any balance that remains on the card can only be used in whole or part to make future purchases in Jurlique Concept Stores prior to the expiry date. This card expires 12 months from the date of issue. Any balance that remains on the card after the expiry date will not be available for use. For further information, please ask in store or call 1800 805 286. For lost or stolen cards, please contact Customer Care 1800 805 286.

How do I checkout?
To check out, click on “You have ‘X’ items” in the top right-hand corner of the screen. You will then be directed to a page where you can proceed with check out.
What are the shipping charges within Australia?

What is the shipping charge for International orders?
$27.00
Why cant I order on-line to ship to my country?
If a distributor is available in your country, we do not provide an on-line service. You may like to visit our store locator to view the distributor details.
What credit cards are accepted?
Visa and Mastercard
I have received my invoice before my products?
Once payment has been confirmed the invoice is automatically posted. The products are shipped from our warehouse and may in some cases ship later in the day.
If I purchase products as a gift, will the invoice be sent separately?
Yes, the invoice will be sent to the billing address and the products will be sent to the Shipping address.
Do we offer a gift wrapping service?
No, however we are able to add a personalised note should your purchase be a gift.
My Account / E-mail
Can I change my e-mail address?
No, the e-mail address serves as your user ID and is a unique identifier. If you change your e-mail address you have to create a new customer profile.
How do I unsubscribe form the e-mail list?
If you would like to unsubscribe from the e-mail list, please follow the “Unsubscribe” link found at the bottom of the email and follow the directions for removal from the e-mail list.
