Reservations

Reservations are essential for all Jurlique treatments. Credit card details or alternatively a monetary deposit of 50% of the treatment value is to be provided at the time of booking. If paying by Gift Card, please quote your Gift Card number at the time of booking.

Remember to make your next appointment before you leave to ensure availability and avoid disappointment. Treatments are not available at the following Jurlique Stores: Crown Casino, Paddington, Bondi Beach, Queen Street and Rundle Mall. Cancellations

Cancellations and/or rescheduling of appointments require 24 hours notice. Cancellations or rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Gift Cards

For your convenience, gift cards are available to purchase in Jurlique Stores for all spa treatments and products.

Please ensure that your Jurlique Gift Card is presented upon arrival. Please understand that we are unable to provide treatment without presentation of your Gift Card.

Please Note: On-line Gift Certificates are unable to be redeemed at our Jurlique retail stores for treatments or products.

Arrivals

To enhance your Jurlique experience, please arrive 15 – 20 minutes prior to your appointment. This will ensure that you have time to unwind and enjoy your personal consultation prior to your treatment. Please understand that if you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced accordingly.

Etiquette

Please ensure all mobile phones are switched off prior to entering the spa. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Client Care and Health Considerations

During the treatment, your modesty be protected at all times. If you are currently under supervision and/or undergoing treatment from your heath care practitioner for any condition, please advise at the time of booking.

Hand and Foot Treatments

For best results with hand and foot treatments, please come without nail polish. Nail polish is not applied or removed in Jurlique Spas.
