      • How to Use

        Apply to a damp cotton pad or face cloth and compress the skin 3-4 times daily, avoiding the eye area. Not to be used on open wounds or broken skin. For external use only.

            Arinca is specific for bruising, aches and pains and trauma to the body. After a few days at the snow, with a few falls & tumbles, I used this in the bath - it was magic - No bruising!!
